Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 24 hours of placing your order.
Conditions
- •Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
- •Requests must be sent via email to carplayhacks@gmail.com.
- •Please include:

Software Products
Due to the nature of digital products:
- •Activated licenses are non-refundable.
- •Any software that has been downloaded, accessed, or used is considered non-refundable.
- •Our support team will provide troubleshooting assistance for software-related issues.
- •Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders typically begin processing within 24 hours of placement.
- •Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- •Requests must include the order number and reason for cancellation.
- •We will make reasonable efforts to stop fulfillment before shipment.
- •Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return policy.
Return Policy (Hardware Products Only)
Returns for hardware products are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- •The product must be unused and in original condition
- •Original packaging must be intact
- •All accessories, components, and documentation must be included

Shipping Information

- •WheelPal is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
Inspection & Approval
- •All returns are inspected upon receipt
- •You will be notified of approval or rejection
- •Approved returns may be issued as a refund or exchange, based on your preference
⚠️Note: Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Address Changes
Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
- •After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and changes may not be possible

- •We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout
Replacement of Components
We do not offer replacements for components or accessories that are:
- •Lost
- •Misplaced
- •Damaged after delivery by the customer
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any components are missing, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

- •Customers are expected to follow setup and usage instructions carefully
